Role Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can successfully lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects from concept to business impact.
This role focuses on delivering enterprise CRM transformation programs, aligning business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring projects deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with executives, architects, developers, and functional consultants to guide projects from discovery through deployment and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects from Discovery → Design → Build → Deploy → Post-Go-Live.
Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery strategies with business and technical stakeholders.
Build and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure successful delivery of mid-to-large enterprise CRM programs.
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring transparency, alignment, and trust.
Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, architects, developers, and consultants.
Provide executive-level reporting and updates to leadership and Steering Committees.
Manage expectations, communication, and decision-making across complex stakeholder groups.
Delivery Execution
Manage project execution using Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, and milestone tracking.
Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, solution architects, and delivery partners
Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and concurrent engagements.
Change Management & Business Readiness
Drive change management strategies including training coordination and business readiness planning.
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer across project teams.
Support UAT planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology programs.
3+ years leading Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations.
Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM programs across modules such as, D365 Sales, D365 CS, and D365 Field Service.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery models.
Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery effectively.
Nice to Have
Experience managing large transformation programs with distributed teams.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
Experience working within consulting or client delivery environments.
