Key Responsibilities 

Solution Architecture & Development 

• Design and develop scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages solutions using Dataverse. 

• Build and customize Power Pages using Liquid templates, Web Templates, Content Snippets, Web Roles, and Table Permissions. 

• Implement custom development using C#, .NET plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PCF controls. 

• Integrate D365 CE and Power Pages with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management. 

• Build secure, responsive, and high-performance portal experiences with optimized user journeys. 

• Establish and maintain DevOps processes using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Automate solution lifecycle management using Power Platform Build Tools and PAC CLI. 

• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of enterprise solutions. 

  
  

Technical Leadership & Offshore Team Management 

• Lead and mentor offshore development teams, providing clear technical direction. 

• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and reusable components. 

• Support sprint planning, estimations, and task allocation. 

• Collaborate closely with onshore stakeholders and project managers to ensure successful delivery. 

• Maintain strong technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. 

  
  

What We’re Looking For 

• 12–15 years of IT experience, including 8+ years with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse. 

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Power Pages / Power Apps Portals development. 

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET development, Dynamics plugins and custom APIs, JavaScript and TypeScript, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), and liquid templates 

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform ALM. 

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Build Tools, PAC CLI, and Application Insights. 

• Proven experience leading offshore technical teams. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

  
  

Nice to Have 

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-910, or MB-920. 

• Experience with Customer Insights, Field Service, or Marketing modules. 

• Knowledge of Synapse Link, Power BI integration, and Virtual Tables. 

• Experience working in regulated industries such as Finance or Healthcare.
