We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing Dynamics 365 (CE & F&O) implementations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Sure Step methodology, project planning, execution, and risk management. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work in an Agile environment.


Functional/Technical Skills
  • Must be proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements in All Modules

  • Must have experience in managing end to end deployment for minimum 2 Small & Medium D365 projects


Required Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Sure Step methodology for structured project delivery

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and iterative development processes

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Strong coordination and communication skills to engage stakeholders at different levels

  • Experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration

  • Ability to analyze project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies

  • Hands-on experience in project documentation, reporting, and timeline tracking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or other project management tools


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O) implementations


Primary duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects

  • Perform project planning, execution, tracking, and risk mitigation

  • Utilize Microsoft Sure Step methodology for structured project management

  • Apply Agile methodology principles to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants to define project goals and deliverables

  • Facilitate requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops

  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and prepare reports for senior leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met

  • Assist in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities

  • Ensure proper documentation and change management throughout the project lifecycle

  • Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues and providing recommendations for mitigation

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
