• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O

• Develop custom features, modules, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This includes configuring and extending the standard functionality of the application using development tools like X++ programming language, Power Platform, and Visual Studio.

• Design and implement data migration strategies to import and export data from external systems into Dynamics 365 F&O. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy during the migration process.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure that customizations and enhancements meet the defined requirements. Debug and resolve any issues or bugs encountered during the testing phase.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage the deployment of customizations and solutions to different environments

• Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in the Dynamics 365 F&O system. This involves analysing code, SQL queries, and system configurations to improve system response times and scalability.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.

• As a Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the industry.

Required Skillset

• Must have Minimum 10+ years of Experience in D365 F&O technical

• Must have at least 1 F&O Functional Module Knowledge (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, Warehouse etc)

• Architecting, Implementation, and Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics D365, AX.

• Must have knowledge on working in presales with estimations and scope

• Experience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX 2012

• Core development capabilities in X++, Morph, C#, Web-services, SQL Server

• Deep knowledge in Application Integration Framework (AIF), Enterprise Portal, Workflows, and Reporting in Dynamics AX.

• Experience in Migrating data from other systems to Dynamics AX

• Experience in Integrating Dynamics AX with other systems

• Should have implemented (end to end)

• Should have been involved in solution design

• Experience in fit gap analysis

• Experience in leveraging Microsoft Sure Step and Agile and water Fall methodology for full-lifecycle implementations

• Good client-facing skills

• Experience in writing Unit Test cases

• Good Oral and written communication

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall software development environments.
